Hit the Beach from The Spot in San Luis Obispo

Located a block from the ocean, having a private space to make your vacation as comfortable as possible are wonderful. The year round adventures that await in San Luis Obispo are what creates your stay. From the ocean, amazing restaurants, wineries, and endless places to explore families and adults alike will enjoy. We look forward to hosting everyone. Come enjoy the Central Coast. The property is proud to offer keyless entry to allow for a leisure check in and out. The key code for front door and garage door will be provide on the day of check in. There are two surfboards, two boogie-boards, rolling ice chest, and a beach cart to enhance your Central Coast beach experience. Please know that all organic, cruelty free shampoo, conditioner and bath soap have been provided for your use in every bathroom. The key code is given thirty minutes before check in time and you get to arrive to The Spot knowing the property is yours for your vacation. The house is on Dolliver Street which is also known as the Pacific Coast Highway. It’s only a block from the sand and downtown Pismo and just a 10-minute drive to the Wineries. In addition to the two parking spaces within the garage there is also ample parking on the street directly in front of the property. The front door and garage door entrances are all automated so your check in and out are all done keyless so you feel most at home. Your vacation truly begins when you pull up.

Backyard includes a converted Lifeguard Tower/ Treehouse, a Lighthouse Play Fort, Ball Pit, Trampoline, & Sand Box. The home is approx. 2 miles to Pismo State Beach and 2 blocks to shopping such as Starbuck's & Aldi.

Enjoy a little getaway in this cottage by the beach. It’s cozy and simple with all the features of comfort. Walking to the beach is a just a short stroll down a windy little road filled with cool beach vibes. Cross a little wooden bridge and walk down a block or two and you are right in front of the Oceano dunes. Plan a bonfire and make s’mores on the beach. Or better yet, stay at the little cottage, grab a bottle of wine and enjoy a fire pit right outside your bedroom door.

Our condo is one of the top 10 oceanfront resorts in California. This unit overlooks the ocean, pool, Jacuzzi, bbqs and fire pit. Access to the beach is just yards away. It has a beautiful restaurant overlooking the ocean just steps below the unit. The restaurant offers pool service , room service also a full bar with live music. The resort has a gym, spa, valet parking, bikes that you can use and it is very close to many restaurants, wineries and fun events.

Free parking on site, laundry room (available only for guests staying one week or longer), WiFi, TV, and everything needed for an extended stay or weekend with the family.

Unwind in our peaceful private suite on a quiet acre by the bay. Enjoy ocean sounds, eucalyptus trees, birdlife, and bay views from your suite, covered deck, and giant fenced front yard. Easy walk down to the bay for walking trails/kayaking/paddleboarding. Just 5 minutes from Montana de Oro state park epic beaches and hiking/biking trails. Close to great food, wine, and coffee - plus friendly visits with our donkey (Ozzie), horse (Nina), and chickens!

downtown pismo - free parking 50 steps to beach

Our cottage was remodeled in 2014 with the highest quality appliances and finishes. You are walking distance to everything in the downtown area. The cottage is best suited for 2 adults or 2 adults with 2 children. The cottage has one dedicated parking spot in the driveway. The parking space is limited so we are not able to accommodate oversized vehicles. There is usually ample street parking after 4 pm and before 11 am.

Enjoy Pismo Beach in this quaint cottage, literally steps from the beach (60- no joke!) Large lot with ample parking, backyard. Large main bathroom with claw foot tub and toilet, with separate shower. 2 bedrooms, Sun porch with captains bed, washer and dryer. Pull out couch with another double bed. Large enclosed patio with gas grill and dog run. Yes, pets WELCOME!! Please refer to the house manual for pet details.
