Outdoor unheated Pool, round Kiddie pool at the condo, open from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Laundry room pay machines, gated condo; 24 hour 7 days a week security guards.

Located on the 15th floor, this newly remodeled 2 bedroom beachfront condo offers spectacular ocean views from every room. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi , dedicated workspace in each bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, GE Profile air conditioners in each bedroom, washing machine, retractable clotheslines for drying, ceiling fans in each room, and dining tables for four in the living room and balcony. Apartment is close to El Yunque, bioluminescent bay, and ferries to Vieques and Culebra.

The condo is located in front of the beach and Northeast Ecological Corridor, a natural reserve to the turtles. My apartment is on the second floor (the height create a view like a seven floor apartment). The apartment was recently renovated: it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with 2 new mini splits, new kitchen, laundry, appliances, furniture and many other facilities. The main bedroom has its modern private bathroom. Hot water, wifi, smart TV with Netflix. POOL is UNABLE.

Please note any traveling restrictions due to Covid-19. Get in contact before booking. Neat studio apartment on the eighth floor, close to the best beaches in the east of the island, with a beautiful frontbeach view. Minutes also from the rain forest and the famous "kioskos de Luquillo" were you can find any type of food and drinks. The pool is not available due to building repair. Take note that our premises are non-smoking.
