Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi , dedicated workspace in each bedroom, Smart TVs in each room, fully equipped kitchen, GE Profile air conditioners in each bedroom, washing machine, retractable clotheslines for drying, ceiling fans in each room, and dining tables for four in the living room and balcony. Condo is close to El Yunque, bioluminescent bay, and ferries to Vieques and Culebra.

The condo is located in front of the beach and Northeast Ecological Corridor, a natural reserve to the turtles. My apartment is on the second floor (the height create a view like a seven floor apartment). The apartment was recently renovated: it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with 2 new mini splits, new kitchen, laundry, appliances, furniture and many other facilities. The main bedroom has its modern private bathroom. Hot water, wifi, smart TV with Netflix. POOL is available!

Take note that our premises are non-smoking.
