The condo is located in front of the beach and Northeast Ecological Corridor, a natural reserve to the turtles. My apartment is on the second floor (the height create a view like a seven floor apartment). The apartment was recently renovated: it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with 2 new mini splits, new kitchen, laundry, appliances, furniture and many other facilities. The main bedroom has its modern private bathroom. Hot water, wifi, smart TV with Netflix. POOL is AVAILABLE.

Enter a quiet community in the mountains and disconnect at a private patio, a space surrounded by beautiful plants and endemic birds.
