In the winter, the area offers snowmobiling with direct access to trails, snowshoeing, skiing, and ice fishing on the pond. Rainbow trout, smallmouth bass, perch, bluegill, and other fish.

You will have a furnished single bedroom apartment in the lower part of our home. It has a private entrance with parking for vehicles and trailers. There is a huge yard for relaxing or we are on the Androscoggin River for fishing, kayaking or tubing. We are conveniently located only 3 miles from the Cedar Pond trail system parking allows for offroad adventures abound. Hikers will also enjoy this convenient location as we are only 30 minutes from Mount Washington and the White Mountains.

Enjoy this Cozy Lake house with a private dock and swimming area. Relax on the large over sized deck while observing the wildlife on the lake. Right next to the property is a public boat launch where you can launch your boat and have it tied to the cottages private dock for easy access. Also available with property is a peddle boat and kyak for your use. ATV trail access is 1/2 mile up the road. In the wintertime, you can snowmobile right from the property to the main trail system.

Quiet clean waterfront rustic cabin over looking 1st conn. lake. 1 bedroom with king size bed . 3/4 bath and small kitchen with most basic cooking items. Sit on the porch and listen to the loons while enjoying your peace and tranquility away from your everyday life. Do have small beach and large dock to share. wifi and sat tv so you can stay connected. Sorry no pets . We do have 2 friendly large dogs on the property and we do live next door. Our season is from may 15 to november 1.

Located on a short dead end road you will immediately absorb the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful lake front scenery with just under 100' of frontage. The boat launch is conveniently located 1/8 of a mile away and the local beach is a short paddle across the lake using the provided canoe and kayaks.
