Tropea - 老城区中心地带的海滨公寓

Tropea è la perla della Calabria. Un posto di mare bellissimo dalle acque cristalline. L'appartamento è sopra la più bella spiaggia di Tropea con splendida vista sul mare azzurro, a 10 minuti da Capo Vaticano e vista sulle Eolie al tramonto. E' in pieno Centro Storico, vicino a ristoranti, spiagge, vita notturna e trasporto pubblico. Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: atmosfera, gente, quartiere, spazi esterni e luce. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, famiglie (con bambini) e gruppi.

A 20 dal mare, antica villa immersa in uno splendido parco, intero appartamento. Luminosissimo, arredato con cura e ogni comfort, stanze molto grandi e luminose, soffitti altissimi. Mare cristallino facilmente accessibile, panorami mozzafiato su Stromboli. Due matrimoniali, una doppia/matrim., due bagni, cucina, relax, sala pranzo, grande terrazza sul mare, aria condizionata. La casa è a pochi passi dalla spiaggia ed è un rifugio perfetto tra mare e cielo. Le grandi vetrate permettono di ammirare il mare che si estende all’infinito e regalano lo spettacolo mozzafiato dei tramonti infuocati. Ogni stanza è pensata per garantirvi tranquillità: dal letto, dalla cucina o dal soggiorno, potrete ascoltare il suono delle onde che si infrangono sulla riva e che creano una colonna sonora naturale che accompagnerà ogni vostro momento di relax. Lasciatevi cullare dal mare!

The town's best pasticceria, Peccati di Gola, is on our ground floor. Tropea has some of the best beaches and lidos in Europe, great festivals, and a great farmer's market every Saturday.

The apartment is a very comfortable three roomed apartment with a large and bright living/cooking area, two cosy bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Wifi, tv, and a big panoramic balcony. Sofa bed situated in the living area allows you to have more guests. In total you have 110 square meters plus the terrace. The WiFi connection is excellent. 200 meters from the main square and 150 from Murat Castle. Just 30km away are the windy beaches of Gizzeria Lido, cult destinations for Kitesurfing.

The apartment is renovated few years ago in an old building with a nice rooftop terrace and 2 balconies. You can enjoy outdoor life both during the day and evening. The master bedroom facing the ocean and you find a good kitchen and living area with view.
