Als Innenarchitektin habe ich dieses Haus komplett kernsaniert, ohne den ursprünglichen Charakter des alten Gebäudes zu verlieren. Hohe Decken, freigelegtes Sichtmauerwerk, stilvolle Designbäder, alte Holzbalkendecken, ein gemütlicher Kamin, die großzügige Küche und der uneinsehbare Patio machen die Unterkunft zu einem ganz besonderen Schmuckstück, Mitten im idyllischen Ortskern des ursprünglichen Dorfes Sencelles. Die wunderschöne Villa Lara im mallorquinischem Stil bietet Ihnen auf 850m² Grundstück alles, was man für einen entspannten Familienurlaub braucht. Das eingewachsene Grundstück liegt in Sackgassenlage in einer Villengegend. Sie haben Blick auf das Tramuntana Gebirge. Sa Pobla und Pollenca erreichen Sie in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto für Einkäufe und einen Stadtbummel. Badespaß und Entspannung am Strand sowie Restaurants und Geschäfte zum Bummeln liegen in der Bucht von Alcudia und Pollenca.

A beautiful country house made of stone in a fantastic location in the middle of nature, only 20 minutes from Palma. You will be delighted by this warm and cosy house with its wonderful surroundings and privacy. It is located on a 30 hectare farm. It is a working agricultural farm producing almonds, has vineyards ( the owners in the main house have a small wine cellar where they bottle their own wine), sheep, etc There are meandering paths all around the farm which you can stroll along.

The boardwalk to the beaches runs along the sea; where bars, restaurants and shops are located side by side. The area around Sa Ràpita offers many popular bike paths, golf and tennis courts.

Can Gato den Vives es una finca en las afueras de Pollença rodeada de naturaleza, es un espacio perfecto para desconectar. Esta totalmente equipada y preparada para pasar unas vacaciones. Cuenta con espacio para 4 personas. Distribuyéndose en una habitación de matrimonio en la planta de arriba y una habitación con dos camas individuales en la planta baja. El exterior es naturaleza pura, cuenta con terraza, jardín con arboles frutales y una piscina privada con hamacas donde relajarse.

Up to 8 people can comfortably stays in the house which has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a toilet. It is also very well equipped (A/C, heating,….).

Se pueden dar románticos paseos alrededor de la finca, así como hacer deporte con inmejorables vistas.
