Cooking utensils and dishes are in the well-appointed kitchen, which has a stove, small oven, and icebox - we provide ice blocks. Owners on property always available but give you space.

The 1/3 School House is a unique Historic Property that was once part of our 1880 school house. The School House was split into 3 parts and moved throughout town. This beautifully decorated historic foothill home was designed to maximize surrounding forest&mountain vistas and yet be walking distance to town for may of our downtown weddings. 2 bedrooms 2 bath Sleeps 8 to 12 guests.
