Retreat to the perfect combination of peace and quiet. Spacious 2 bedroom home on a private lake stocked with bass and other fish to spend the day with your friends and family. If you are into ATV and off-roading, there are 100's of miles of trails to ride straight out the front driveway. The home currently has two queen beds and a queen air mattress. We also have access to Lake June and the private Sun N Lakes boat ramp and park. Boat ramp is by key.Plenty of parking for your trailers and rvs.

We want your stay to be pleasant and carefree so we do not require our guests to do any dishes, laundry, or other cleaning when checking out. Our housekeeping crew will take care of you!

Two restaurants are located just minutes away as well as a Dollar General for all your last minute items. The quaint downtown area of Lake Placid is a short drive away with more restaurants as well as a brewery and wine bar. There is an ice cream shop and coffee bar located in the same area as well! A full service grocery and liquor store (Publix) is just 10 minutes away.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located studio !! You will have your own private entrance. The studio is connected to the main house, but you are guaranteed complete privacy . Enjoy the 1 bedroom, 1 bath with full kitchen. The bed is a king size bed and there is a twin floor mattress . The studio has its own washer and dryer. In addition, you can walk to all the nearby restaurants and heritage park on Mainstreet!
