Private Suite w/ Washer & Dryer

Beautifully decorated warm cabin feel. Spacious bedroom with nice desk for your laptop work space. Bathroom has washer and dryer. Living room has thick-cushioned leather futon for second bed, counter space with microwave/air fryer, paper products, and kuerig coffee maker, new refrigerator, 50” flat screen TV. Access to outdoor hot tub. Internet was weak so affected some reviews but is super fast now. Near Cedar Lake Winery, Big Joel’s Safari, Long Row Lavender Farm, and Pumpkins Galore (fall).

Large bedroom suite located on a Victorian estate in the heart of a small town. One level, no steps. Parking right near suite for easy access. Very comfortable king size bed and couch that coverts to full size sofa bed if requested. Includes 2 person jacuzzi tub, mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Big screen tv. Great option for a small family or an extended stay. Beautiful setting. Within walking distance of three local restaurants and downtown attractions. NO SMOKING, NO PETS

It has a separate key-less entrance, driveway and patio with fire pit. Large yard with old oak trees and mountain views with an 18 min walk to the center of town. NEW! This newly renovated, charming suite is perfect for 1 or 2 adults who like to be near "the adventure" but in a quiet neighborhood. The self-contained suite has private front and rear entrances & easy parking. There are 3 steps to the front door. The space includes a full-size bed, a full bath, and a kitchenette with a microwave, toaster, coffee pot and Keurig, small fridge, and dining essentials. Laundry is available upon request, and light breakfast foods will be available.

Oak Hill Private Suite Historic North End

A recently renovated private suite only 1.5 miles from town center. Welcoming ‘walking’ neighborhood of architecturally diverse homes inspired by the Garden City Movement of early 20th C. Near both Interstate 81 and 70, Museum of Fine Arts, Whitetail Ski Resort, New Baseball Stadium, Antietam, Gettysburg, Frederick, C&O bike trail, wineries, outlets. Guests enjoy stays for tourism, conferences, trainings, the MD Int’l Film Festival, JFK 50, family visits and artist retreats.

Serenity Suite, Lakefront

Located on picturesque Center Hill Lake, one hour East of Nashville, TN, this lower level, open concept suite boasts a private entrance, luxury bathroom with marble countertops & walk in shower, kitchen, with stunning views of Center Hill Lake. Outdoor area features comfy chairs and fire-pit. Most homes on CHL have limited lake entry, but this one of a kind rental comes with incomparable lake access. WALK TO THE WATER! Private boat parking and day use pass included.

Guest Suite W private entrance/2nd bedroom option.

The Suite has a private entrance, one queen bed, a TV, and a full bathroom. The living room has a sofa, TV, microwave, mini-fridge, and sink with a Keurig. There is no stove. Available OPTIONAL 2nd bedroom attached to the living room with one queen bed. I charge $30.00 extra daily. Suppose you are in a group with only two and want separate beds or book three guests. The additional room doesn’t have windows, and the Air comes from the main House.
