Beautiful home on a private road with A/C and strong WIFI so you can work from home. Quiet place where you can relax and watch this million dollar view all day. Chazy Boat ramp is 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. This adorable house was completed in January of 2023 and has a master bedroom plus a sleeping loft, as well as a full-sized bathroom, washer and dryer, and parking. The dining/living area has a small partial view of Lake Champlain! You're tucked away on a quiet residential street near a park & playground but are just a 10-minute walk to downtown and a 5-minute walk to the lakefront and a gorgeous shoreline bike path.

Situated directly by the Ausable River and surrounded by beautiful vineyards and gardens you will be immersed in nature at any time if the year. It's sure to restore the soul. The gentle rumble of the river is ever present as you look out over the natural beauty. During the summer cool off in the river and come back to the screened in porch for an evening meal. Private 40-acre retreat directly surrounded by the 23,100-acre Giant Mountain Wilderness Preserve. A babbling brook runs behind the cabin; the Owl's Head Lookout trailhead is steps away, with the High Peaks further down the path. Lakehouse Loft Apartment

This newly construction upstairs loft has lake access and views of majestic Lake Champlain. Dogs under 25 pounds are allowed w/ permission and a $25 per night, per dog, pet fee. (Maximum of 2 dogs) If your dog is larger, please don't ask. Pit-bulls, pit-bull mixes, Dobermans, and Rottweilers are not allowed as per our insurance. There are reputable kennels nearby for you use, so you can have you pet close, for day trips.

We love it every time we can get up north to our classic Adirondack home-away-from-home. From the spacious kitchen to the 3 comfy queen beds and the bunk room, to the wonderful fireplace, to the cozy separate sitting areas, to the living room with cathedral ceiling, to the huge front porch and the back yard fire pit... we love visiting our sweet place in Wilmington/Whiteface.
