Supermercado, farmacia, restaurantes, taxi... En coche, estás a sólo 10 minutos de la playa El Duque y a 5 minutos del espectacular sendero del "Barranco del infierno".

Our apartment 113 in the beautiful Callao Salvaje area is located on the 1st floor of a small, private complex. Everything you need is walking distance; restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, taxi & bus stops,.. The complex has a big swimming pool only accessible to residents, so it's never over-crowded. Same goes for the beach, which you can see from the apartement terrace and reach within a 2 minute walk. 10 minute drive to the busier parts of town, PLAYA LAS AMERICAS and LOS CRISTIANOS.

Equipamiento con todas las comodidades, playa y mar enfrente, a 10 metros a pie pueblo auténtico, restaurante, médico, farmacia, supermercado, tiendas paseo marítimo muy agradable puesta de sol excepcional aparcamiento privado piscina Ahora para acceder a la propridad es obligatorio hacer el checking, segun las normativas del estado Español, que en mi caso se hace atravez de una aplicacion llamada check-in scan, gracias por la comprensión.

This unique space has a unique style, directly overlooking the sea in La Caleta. A modern studio apartment completely renovated in July 2025. The bedroom area is separated from the living room/kitchen by a curtain and a foldable wooden partition. You can relax and eat directly on the beautiful terrace or in the living room. The apartment is on the first floor of a building with four apartments. There is a sofa bed, a large TV, a table for four, and a smaller table on the terrace.

Ich bin eine uralte Finca Rustica im neuen Kleid und wohne auf 550 Metern über dem Meer in Icod de los Vinos im grünen Norden der Insel. Hinter mir sehe ich den majestätischen Vulkan Teide, vor mir liegt der weite Atlantik. Hier zu leben muss man erfahren. Durch den weiten Blick aufs Meer und Icod stellt sich sofort ein erhabenes Gefühl und innere Ruhe ein. Der Norden ist wetterfreudig und spannend und von hier aus wunderbar zu beobachten.
