Auf der Terrasse lässt es sich entspannen und nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag wartet die Regendusche in der Wohlfühloase. Mit dem Auto lässt sich zudem auch schnell einmal der „Chip“ wechseln. 15 Minuten bis zum Strand, 25 bis nach Las Palmas und 30 bis in den Süden.

The apartment is on the 8th floor of one of the tallest buildings in Playa del Inglés and offers a beautiful sea view. Since I also use it as a holiday and home-office space, it is furnished to a high standard with a good balance of storage and open space. My guests and I especially enjoy keeping the balcony door open in the morning to take in the view. Note: The building is centrally located and there is a road nearby – it can occasionally be heard when the balcony door is open.
