For å leie alle leilighetene samlet, eller leie en av de andre leilighetene, se "Ghirmais utleiesteder" på min profil. 3 minutter å kjøre eller 15 minutter å spasere med spektakulær utsikt til en av de vakreste strendene på øya, Amadores-stranden. 5 minutters gange til restauranter, kjøpesentre og supermarkeder.

La ubicación, la tranquilidad y la facilidad de los accesos es lo que caracteriza a ‘VIDA’. Parada de taxi, autobús, supermercado, tiendas y restaurantes de diferentes temáticas están a tan solo 3 minutos de ‘VIDA’. Por qué ‘VIDA’? Porque sólo hay una y la tenemos que vivir!

Früher stand hier mal der Hühnerstall. Davon ist aber so gut wie nichts mehr zu sehen. Durch die Felswände entsteht ein angenehmes Mikroklima und die großen Fenster lassen viel Licht herein und bieten zudem einen Blick auf den Hang. Auf der Terrasse lässt es sich entspannen und nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag wartet die Regendusche in der Wohlfühloase. Mit dem Auto lässt sich zudem auch schnell einmal der „Chip“ wechseln. 15 Minuten bis zum Strand, 25 bis nach Las Palmas und 30 bis in den Süden.

It has one double bed and two single beds. There are comfortable sunbeds on the terrace and an acclimatized swimming pool in the complex. There is air-conditioner, wifi, smart TV, and a private garage. The beach is 5 min walk (with elevator). The golf course is close. Playa del Cura beach is one of the nicest beaches.

Ampio terrazzo con sole al pomeriggio, perfetto per pranzi all'aperto, con magnifica vista sulla baia. Accesso gratuito alla piscina condominiale. Vicino a supermercati, ristoranti e a tutti i servizi utili. Davanti al complesso c’è un parcheggio gratuito. Non adatto a utenti su sedia a rotelle in quanto sono presenti delle barriere architettoniche.
