This beautiful oceanfront home is located in the quiet gated community of Playa La Jolla which neighbors Playa Encanto & Encantame. The 4 bed, 4 bath home has a spacious floor plan with two master bedrooms that face the ocean plus a separate private casita (guest home). All three bedrooms in the main home have their own private access to the beach. The second-story casita is brand new and features incredible views, privacy, and a king bed. Casa de Carolina is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom oceanfront home in Las Conchas with a spectacular view of the Sea of Cortez. House for 4 adults and two children. Both bedrooms have ocean views, the master bedroom on the east side has a king bed and full bathroom with handicap grab bars. The second bedroom at Westside has two twin beds and a full bath. There is a 2-night minimum stay during the week and a 3-night minimum stay during the weekends in March, April, May, June, October, and all holiday

Private Beach House in Las Conchas

Our treasured family on-the-beach house was designed by my grandfather and built 65 years ago. It has since then been remodeled and upgraded frequently. Highlights include two large beautiful domed ceilings giving the primary rooms unique acoustics and amazing above-head space, an expansive stargazing deck, a luxurious master room, and beautiful themed tiling throughout. Update 06/ 2022: We take guest feedback seriously! We recently have added new blinds, a new gas grill, and satellite TV.

Grey Storm Gathering and Retreat House

Located in Las Conchas, Grey Storm house is a unique retreat just 2 minutes walk from a pristine beach and 15 minutes to convenience stores and Bars. Your space occupies the FULL DOWNSTAIRS UNIT with your own private entrance, Kitchen, Large Living Room, 2 Bedrooms with Queen Beds and 2 Bathrooms. Feel free to use the large courtyard to relax and BBQ. 1 to 2 dogs allow for a fee of $35 per booking. We have a gym room with private entrance in the garage. EV charge available at $25 per charge.

Linens, fast wifi, central air/heat, a garage and laundry room are all included. Very near to the town, yet in the private community of Las Conchas; this home is set directly on the beach and right across from the 24/7 security guard station. A local maintenance person is on call.

Brand new home in Isla Conchilla within Islas Del Mar, a new gated community just north of Puerto Penasco - just 10 minutes north of the Malecon. The community is home to 170 acres of lagoons and a Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course. With five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms containing luxury linens and appointments, the home is designed for large groups. New in 2024: pool heating. We can turn the pool heater on for you for an additional nightly fee.
