Apartment Ana is in private house-second floor; surrounded by houses in a typical coastal neighbourhood . You’ll love it because of the beautiful (partially) sea view and cozy ambiance. Close to the sea, beaches, city center, market place... And wonderful outdoors. It is perfect starting spot for one day excursions to nerby islands, national parks and stuff for real nature lovers. It suits good for families with kids as well as smaller groups or diigital nomads. Free wifi &parkingplace included.

Reservation longer than 7 day, please send a request. The holiday apartment**** is on the second floor and can accommodate up to 5 people (included baby 0-2 years old). It has two bedrooms each with a double bed. The open living room with TV has a bed for one further person, dining table with chairs. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a electric hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and coffee corner. It also has air conditioning (additional cost).The bathroom provides a shower.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Capacity 2+2, size 42 m2, with a large fenced yard and a swimming pool. Located on the ground floor in a family house in a quiet street; newly built and is fully equipped and furnished. The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
