The 4 Corners Tiny House

Welcome to the Four Corners Tiny House—a handcrafted basecamp just outside Cortez with big sky views. Inside is simple and functional. The kitchen has a sink, microwave, hot plate, and essentials. A loft bed with a new mattress and a futon for extra sleeping space. The bathroom has a full-size shower with on-demand hot water. Water pressure may be lighter at first but evens out and works ok. Step outside to your private deck, fire pit, and Adirondack chairs,perfect for coffee, fires, and views.

The house is located less than 100 yards from the Dolores River, good fishing, swimming, kayaking and breathtakingly beautiful! Immediately emptying into McPhee Lake. Deerhaven guest Cottage is approximately 1200 square feet and consists of two bedrooms, one bathroom, a full kitchen/dining area with a great room and private patio. Grizzly Rose Guest Cottage consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen/dining area with a wrap-around veranda. The Bears Den Studio Apartment consists of a great room, convenience kitchen, walk-in bathroom and private parking and patio.

We have many outdoor activities such as fishing the lakes and river near by in the summer, bike trails, hiking trails. In the winter: Snowshoeing trails and so much more! Telluride, Durango, Rico, Ouray are all close for a day trip. Moab is even doable too to explore Arches National Park.
