Vila Velika se nalazi u Sertić Poljani, u Nacionalnom parku Plitvička jezera i udaljena je 12km od ulaza 1. Smještena je na osami, okružena prirodom, šumama i livadama. Za potpuni doživljaj nudi pogled koji se proteže na planine Velebit i Plješevicu. Od sadržaja nudi saunu, hidromasažnu kadu, vanjski tuš, dječje igralište, besplatan parking i wi fi. Kuća za odmor Melani nalazi se u mirnom dijelu Gacke doline u selu Sinac. Veliki privatni grijani bazen 9,5m x 4m. Bazen je otvoren od 01. travnja do 01. studenog. Bazen ima i plitki dio za djecu. Finska sauna je besplatna za naše goste, a i igraonica je također besplatna. Dovoljno blizu svim znamenitostima, a dovoljno daleko za ugodni boravak i mir.
