The Top Story is a cozy and unique apartment located on the second floor of an early 20th century farmhouse. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit with a full kitchen and seating area . Great space to unplug! This rustic farmhouse chic space is incredibly charming and authentic to the area; it also includes access to the front and backyard, sun soaked and full of flowers with an organic garden and seasonal pumpkin patch. Guests can star gaze while enjoying the fire pit or outside dining area.

Bring the family to this great place with lots of room. Hiking, mountain biking Water sports, quad riding, hunting and fishing all within close proximity. We have views of Lake Almanor and are 1 mile from a public beach. Nearby golf courses and Mt. Lassen National Park add to the fun. Inside the house is a game room with pool table, ping pong, board games, books and more. Please note: Transient Occupancy Tax is included in the Price (9% Plumas County and 2% Feather River Tourism Area)

Great fishing off our backyard, lake and on creeks. All one story plenty of parking! Ping Pong table, board games and movies. Bring the water toys. This is the place where kids forget about their IPADS and phones. Boat Dock is removed from Nov 1st to April 1st do to winter/snow conditions. Sorry for the inconvenience
