There is one large bedroom with a king bed and a day bed which converts in to two singles making it into a family room. We are close to the beautiful wedding venue of Polhawn Fort, five minutes by car 15 minutes walk along the lanes. We are only two miles from Mount Edgcumbe and a mile from the twin villages of Kingsand and Cawsand. We are three minutes walk from the coast path. We offer comfortable accommodation for up to 6 people.

It is the perfect location for exploring Dartmoor and enjoying nearby restaurants and pubs.
