The Sail Loft is a converted self contained first floor apartment, which as the name suggests was once where sails were made for the boats built in the boat shed below. All interiors are furnished to a very high level of quality and artistic design. It is set in 50 acres of North Cornish farmland.

The cottage boasts a log burner and sunset facing balcony with fantastic views of the sea and the City of Plymouth. The interior is quirky and cosy, with lots of unique features such as a vaulted bedroom ceiling. The cottage is petite, set over 3 floors and built in the 18th century. We follow Airbnb enhanced cleaning. All high touch areas are cleaned and sanitised. We take pride in our cleanliness and provide extra cleaning supplies for guests during their stay.

The cottage is grade 2 listed with flagstone floors and an inglenook fireplace and has been tastefully renovated throughout. It is situated in the village of Turnchapel where there are lovely coastal walks to explore as well as 2 good pubs and a waterside cafe also the perfect spot for the dive school. It is only a 10 minute walk to the water taxi to Plymouth’s historic Barbican and Plymouth Hoe The property has its own fenced in garden and parking place.
