The accommodation with independent access from the garden, used by guests for outdoor breakfasts, consists of 2 rooms: the living area for preparing breakfast (no cooker) equipped with: fridge, electric oven, coffee machine, kettle, milk warmer, table and sofa; the large double bedroom (16 sqm) with exclusive bathroom. The sofa converts into a comfortable double bed in case of more guests. ATTENTION! NO kitchen, washing machine and TV, not suitable for long stays Possibility of outdoor parking.

We are a passionate family. We moved from England to Italy searching for a place to SLOW DOWN. A hill surrounded by olive trees and a landscape where infinity opens up all around: we fell in love with it immediately. The adventure begins: we start with renovating the house. Recycled materials, bric-a-brac, we want every single room and piece of furniture to be in harmony with the beauty of the nature that surrounds us. Posizione ideale per chi vuole visitare Venezia. In zona tranquilla, di fronte alla fermata del bus o a 1 minuto in auto dal parcheggio gratuito dalla fermata del treno che in 20 minuti porta in centro storico ( treno diretto, 2 fermate). La torretta bnb è un piccolo e grazioso studio con ingresso indipendente, è al 3 piano e 1/2 del palazzo senza ascensore. -ingresso con mini frigo, macchina caffè e bollitore. -stanza da letto con bagno. 11mq totali: letto singolo con 2 grandi cassetti con coperte e piumini aggiuntivi. Appendiabiti. Tavolino per colazione e due sedie. Bagno con WC, lavandino con cassetti per riporre gli oggetti personali e doccia. -Terrazza panoramica di 11 mq.

At the time of check in we will request a photo ID or passport to check in and also will collect €4 “tassa di soggiorno Venezia Italia”(tourist city taxes) per person per night. Exception person 10-15yo will be charged €2 and children under 10yo are exempt. However the fee is discontinued after 5 consecutive days of stay. Super stylish and cosy, this apartment is located in Gaggiano, along the Naviglio Grande, a place full of charm and tranquility. This place is easily accessible from the tangenziale di Milano, well served by public transport (train and bus). It has great restaurants, pizzerias, supermarket, pharmacy and shops close by. Host at most 2 guests at a time. Parking available in front of the house. No vans allowed.

The structure is a renovation of a 1600's building and is located on a hill within the territories of Andrea Palladio's villas. The result is a close contact with the suggestive panoramic view from the Po Valley to the Apennines. From here you can easily admire in all its beauty the flight of the kestrel in the valley in front, which inspired the name of the accommodation.

Precious studio apartment next to Ieo hospital

The apartment is located very closed to Ieo hospital (3 bus stops or 20 minutes walking). It has been recently completely renovated and refurnished. It is completely independent and very comfortable. The kitchen is for guests only; and 4 people can fit in it because the sofa bed located under the loft is a double bed. We ask an extra 10 euros for the extra people.
