Take advantage of the very central location, just 50m away from the Tram 43 or Metro U6 Station "Alser Straße" with Only 4 Stops (7 Minutes) to the City Center. If you do not want to travel far you can enjoy the restaurants and bars close by (<100m). You will also find a big Supermarket just around the corner along with everything you could need. A City-Bike Rental Station is very close by. The AKH Hospital is 350m away.

We rent our appartment (5 rooms, 107 m2) only while we are on travel ourselfs. You have all the fully furnished and equipped appartment for yourself. It is sunny, calm and well located. It is ideally suited for a family of 4 or 5. If you plan to stay more than 10 days in Vienna, please feel free to make an offer about how much you want to pay. I prefer guests staying longer and can understand that your budget for housing is limited.
