Surrounded by cafes and restaurants the apartment is very well connected to other hip areas: in 5 to 10 minutes by tram you can reach the Schottentor station entering the 1st district or the 7th and 8th district with Burggasse and Neubeugasse (very much recommended young neighborhoods with nice shops and bars)

It is located in a backyard and therefore you will not hear any city noise from the traffic while enjoying your coffee on the porch and you can sleep with windows open. One feels immediately at home in the cosy, stylish and fully equipped apartment which has high ceilings giving a spacious atmosphere. It is in a renovated and save centrally located building YOU ONLY CAN SMOKE IN THE GARDEN AREA.

Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft. Die Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss und hat meiner Familie gehört, wir sind hier aufgewachsen. Daher sind noch sehr viele, persönliche Gegenstände in der Wohnung. Man fühlt sich hier, durch die warme und stilvolle Einrichtung richtig wohl, fast zuhause. Die Wohnung hat zwei große Terrassen, die eine im Osten (aufgehende Sonne), die andere im Westen (untergehende Sonne), die ein besonderes Licht zulassen.
