Die Mariahilfer Straße ist mit dem Bus in etwa 7 min erreichbar. Die Küche umfasst Ofen/Herd/Dunstabzug und die notwendige Ausstattung. Es befinden sich 2 Arbeitsplätze und eine Couch in der Wohnung.
