Villa Stancija Kavali je novoobnovljena kamena kuća u ruralnom okruženju. Smještaj je jedinstven, u netaknutoj prirodi, uz rub šume, sa vanjskim terasama. Izuzetno je mirno i tiho. Kuća se nalazi u zaseoku Sušnji, u mjestu Zvoneća. Najbliža plaža nalazi se na udaljenosti od 7 km, u Opatiji. The floor of the building is recently built so almost everything in the apartment is new. It has small but functional kitchen with microwave, comfortable bed and modern bathroom with washing machine. Maybe the best part of the apartment is a large private terrace where you can relax and enjoy your vacation!

A new, modern and cozy apartment accommodates 4 people and is located in a small town Kastav. Kastav, a town fortified by a town wall with nine defensive towers, was built on the ridge of Karst mountain ( 377 meters above sea level ). It is situated very near from our " Pearl of the Adriatic " Opatija ( 6 kilometers ) and Rijeka ( 10 kilometers ) , only 20 kilometers from Rupa, the Croatio Slovenian border.

The apartment is placed in the center of a small fisherman village Volosko, 40m from the seaside. Volosko is a tranquil place, well known for its charming port, fish restaurants and galleries. The famous, romantic seaside promenade "lungo mare" is just a few steps away.

Apartman je smješten u obiteljskoj kući u zelenoj i mirnoj četvrti. Nalazi se na prvom katu. Ima poseban ulaz i osigurano parkirno mjesto. Površina apartmana je 65 m2, ima dvije prostrane spavaće sobe, balkon i malu terasu. Gostima je na raspolaganju roštilj.
