House is located a few steps away from the sea, so you can literally place your favorite dish on the table, go for a swim and get back before it gets cold :) We want you to experience Dalmatian lifestyle for a while, which offers complete enjoyment that sun and sea are giving to us! Our villa, a small paradise on the picturesque Dalmatian coast, is an exquisite holiday residence for lovers of peace, nature, fresh air, clean beaches and close proximity to tourist attractions, the most beautiful Dalmatian towns, beaches and national parks.

House Terra is located in the small and quite place called Najevi near UNESCO cities Trogir, Split and Šibenik. If you are someone who likes to relax in nature and explore various beauties, then House Terra is perfect for you. It is surrounded by olive trees, it fills you with a feeling of peace and quiet. Local beaches are located 3.5 km from the house, and also National parks. The house is 20 km from the airport. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

Lokacija je više nego odlična kao mirno utočište koje je blizu Zračnoj luci Split(17 km),od Splita smo udaljeni 40 km,od Primoštena 20 km,Šibenika 50 km,Plitvičkih jezera i Slapova Krke 56 km. Preporučamo i odlazak na jednodnevni izlet u Blu Lagoon !

Relax in our spacious apartment. The apartment offers 2 double bedrooms with private bathrooms and one bedroom with 3 single beds. Within the apartment there is another master bathroom and a large terrace on the south side. The apartment is located 100 m from the center and the beach. Traveling with pets? Please do not forget to mention them in your reservation or to announce them separately through messages. Please note there is additional fee for pets.
