A pasture awaits your equine friend: complete trailer turn-around/parking and water for $50 per night per horse. The cottage is 20 minutes to TIEC, 10 minutes to FENCE, 5 minutes to Harmon Field. Welcome to LuckyUs farm! Great location four miles from TIEC, sightseeing, waterfall hikes, antiquing, shopping or just being lazy. Property is fenced and gated. There is parking. Fully appointed kitchen, washer dryer, separate bedroom, fireplace in the living room and a hot tub on the porch with views out to horse pastures and sunrise.
