An outdoor kitchen area for BBQ activities along the river. Located in El Dorado County’s wine country with nearby wine tasting. Driving distance to lakes, hiking and other outdoor activities.

Peaceful Cottage - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms

Our comfortable and quiet guest cottage is set among Ponderosa pines in the Sierra Nevada foothills, 15 minutes from more than 40 Shenandoah Valley wineries. Private tastings can be arranged. The pool is private to our guests and usually open after Memorial Day. About 50 mins to ski areas. The Cottage easily accommodates 2 couples in two bedrooms, each with private bathroom. EV charging is available - additional fee. The deck is great for outside dining or just enjoying a glass of wine.

It's a quick drive to Apple Hill & Placerville. EV drivers, with prior approval, use type2plug $30 charge. Pets MUST be pre-approved; extra $20/night/pet.

The home is located off the beaten path, 35 minutes to the summit of the Sierra, 20 minutes to historical Placerville and other gold rush attractions, and just a few minutes to many of the apple hill farms. Note: This is a RURAL location.
