Our home is located halfway between Pula and Kamenjak i.e. 6 km distance to both, so having the car is highly recommended! A fine choice to explore local area all year round this fully equipped and uniquely designed apartment on the first floor is 10-15 min walk to the seashore. You'll have a nice terrace with open view on the back yard, self check-in/out possibility, AC cooling/heating, STANDARD CAR SIZE PARKING, linen and fiber optic Wi-Fi. Located just next to the Arena with the only representative balcony overlooking the Arena and the performances and concerts inside it, this stunning luxury residence also has a full sea view with beautiful sunsets over the whole Pula bay. Enjoy the view of the Arena while sipping a glass of champagne on the balcony or from the windows watching the concerts, operas and other events inside the Arena. All rooms provide either a magnificent view of the Arena or full sea view.

The apartment (30 m2 ) is perfect for 2 persons. Location is quiet and in walking distance to the beach. Apartment is on the ground floor and is separated from other parts of the house. There is a small courtyard and parking place. The apartment consist of a kitchen ( cooking basics,microwave,cofee maker, el. water kettle,iron ) , bathroom ( shower,towels, hairdryer), and bedroom ( twin bed, TV ) overlooking the garden with flowers. We have a baby cot.
