Samostojeća prizemnica ograđena i okružena zelenilom i maslinama, sa grijanim bazenom. Mirno naselje, u blizini park šume (trim staza, bicikla), blizina centra 3.5 km, besplatan parking ispred samog objekta, besplatno korištenje interneta...Kuca se sastoji od dvije spavaće sobe ( bračni krevet) svaka sa svojim kupatilom, unutarnje i vanjske kuhinje, dnevnog boravka sa kaučem na razvlačenje (bračni krevet), velikom natkrivenom terasom, ostavom sa mašinom za pranje rublja, te mali wc.

The apartment (30 m2 ) is perfect for 2 persons. Location is quiet and in walking distance to the beach. Apartment is on the ground floor and is separated from other parts of the house. There is a small courtyard and parking place. The apartment consist of a kitchen ( cooking basics,microwave,cofee maker, el. water kettle,iron ) , bathroom ( shower,towels, hairdryer), and bedroom ( twin bed, TV ) overlooking the garden with flowers. We have a baby cot.

Our traditional istrian stone house is renovated 2020. In front of the house you will find a large covered terrace wich is ideal for relaxing and preparing grilled meals. You can enjoy the natural shade under the hundert years old tree that dominates the courtyard and find refreshment in the pool during warmer summer days, and in the heated pool outside the warm season. Shop 200m, City mall 2.5km, beach 5km, centar of Pula 3km, airport 5km.

Beach House Ive – A summer paradise by the sea with a pool, jacuzzi and Mediterranean charm Beach House Ive is situated on a fully fenced and carefully landscaped 2,000 m² plot, perfect for young people, families with children and pets. It is located in a quiet, traffic-free environment, ensuring safety and complete peace, just a few steps from the sea – with direct access to the sea and a breathtaking view of the Adriatic.

Villa Sarita, Istrian paradise near the sea

Villa Sarita is designed and built (2008-2010), with natural materials, brick, natural white stone, oak and Terracota of Istria, which were processed in a classical way. The villa covers an area of 350 m2 of living space (interior of 200m2, 150m2 terrace) and 2,000 m2 of space in the yard where is a little forest of oaks. Ground floor flat is functionally designed with all the necessary space for 8-10 people.

Prva plaža udaljena je svega 10 minuta hoda. Kućni ljubimci su dopušteni.

Apartman se nalazi u mjestu Pomer, u blizini Pule i Medulina. Udaljen je 10 minuta pješice od mora (besplatne plaže Arena One 99 Glamping Pomer) Do povijesne jezgre Pule ima 10 km, do Kamenjaka 6 km a do Nacionalnog parka Brijuni 24 km. Zračna luka Pula udaljena je 12 km. U okviru objekta također je dostupno besplatno parkiralište i besplati wi-fi.

Naša kuća za odmor je jedinstveno mjesto u neposrednoj blizini Amfiteatra Arena. Smještena u sporednoj tihoj ulici sa zelenom privatnom oazom prepunom autohtonog bilja.
