Picture yourself relaxing at a PRIVATE pool not shared with other guests! Casita Del Rio, a stunning vacation rental on the New River in Ft. Lauderdale, FL! Our private guest suite is attached to the main house but NO ACCESS between your suite and the main house. Owners DON'T access the pool during guest's stay. It offers an upscale bath, fridge, microwave, & Keurig. The pool area is exclusively YOURS, with loungers for basking in the sun. Less than 20 minutes from beaches, restaurants, & more.

YOUR HOME by the Beach: TIFFANY HOUSE

UNIQUE residence with one bethroom & two beds, ocean and intercostal views, on the eight floor of Tiffany House in Fort Lauderdale Beach and just a 90 steps from the sand. Residence features king-size Tempurpedic memory foam bed in the bedroom and queen-size memory foam sleeper sofa in the living room. HIGH SPEED Wifi included. Building amenities include swimming pool, gym, sauna, lounge area with billiards table. $35 fee for overnight parking in the Garage. Stays of 28 + days parking is FREE.

Enjoy incredible views from our beautiful apartment on the 15th floor of Marenas Resort (900 sq. ft.) with direct beach access. Oceanfront suite, living room with sofa bed, toilet,full kitchen (dishwasher and washer/dryer). Hotel Fees: Resort Fee: $49.55/night ( beach service with towels and chairs, gym, and Wi-Fi). Parking: $35/night. Neighboring Construction: Possible noise during working hours. So far, we have not received any complaints from our guests! We look forward to hosting you!

No car needed here for your ideal vacation but parking on property also available. Tv has streaming services. Late check-in OK. Self check-in. Ask us about bringing your boat!

Our apartment is on a beach front property. This apartment is NOT directly on the beach HOWEVER, you do not need to cross any road to get to the beach. From the bottom of the steps to the beach is 50ft. The property is behind a one story building that is on the beach. The apartment is on the second floor. Once inside the apartment, the living room boasts a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. 2 Bedrooms is great for 2 couples or a small family looking to have a great stay on the beach.
