Beautiful new construction in a highly desirable location on 11th Street. Community pool located just one house over shared with only 5 homes. Ample parking for 4 cars and an additional golf cart.

All reservations require the primary guest be 25 years of age or older. This ocean front 2nd floor condo has amazing ocean view and sunrises. It has been completely remodeled in 2019. We have one pool directly in front of our condo and 2nd one by the office. No pets are allowed due to HOA rules. We are very close to all the shopping and restaraunts. Come listen to the waves and smell the salt air from the balcony.
