With the house at the end of the street you have plenty of privacy. The spacious pool overlooks your 145 ft water view and boat dock.

You can meet the rest of the opacarophiles who walk to the beach to view the sunset. Relax in the jacuzzi with your favorite beverage. NOTE: Beach is sandy but the water is BRACKISH, not clear. This is mostly a retirement neighborhood. This is NOT a party house and not suitable for unattended children.

House is a 2 bed, 2 bath layout. The Master bed is a king bed and the guest bedroom is a queen. Both bedrooms have walks in closets with easy and convenient shelving and built in hampers. The laundry is stocked with liquid soap and fragrance free powder with fast efficient machines. There are speakers in the house, lanai and pergola. You will be able to control them via your phone. There is a desk work area with extra monitor for laptops and a printer for your use.

Waterfront pool home just a short drive to Boca Grande with all the amenities that you would expect. Enjoy spectacular sunsets over Lemon Bay. With more than 250 ft of seawall for deepwater dockage, this home can accomodate even the largest boats. Fantastic fishing from your front yard! Three bedrooms and two baths make this the perfect vacation destination for family and friends. 3 Kayaks and a canoe are available for your enjoyment.

Quaint Cottage w/access to Peace River canoe/kayak

This 2.2 cottage located on 10+ acres features waterfront view and ample parking. Tranquility and paradise intersect here. There are multiple buildings on site, so you may see other guests. There are kayaks and canoes on property. First come first serve. There is a boat ramp on property you are welcome to use for boats or kayaks. No smoking and No animals. We are a farm, so we cannot allow outside animals to the property.

New Pool Tropical Waterfront Dock & Optional Boat

Located on a highly desirable street, the house is perched high above Curry Creek offering spectacular water views from every room. The property includes a boat ramp to avoid the public launch. Three kayaks (two tandems and one single). Two miles from Nokomis Beach and only half a mile from The Legacy Bike Trail.
