Evenings are for the firepit, grilling on the charcoal BBQ, or cornhole under the stars. We’ve stocked shark tooth gear, beach essentials, toiletries, coffee, tea, olive oil, spices, and a welcome bottle of wine — so you can arrive, unpack, and relax.

Situated just minutes off Florida's beautiful Gulf coast, this outstanding 900 sq. ft. guest apartment is located in the highly-desired neighborhood of South Gulf Cove just a short drive from several beautiful sandy beaches including Boca Grande, Englewood, Manasota Key, and Stump Pass. The Guest Apartment where you will be staying is located at a private residence. The apartment itself is on the 2nd Floor of a detached building and has its own separate driveway and private entrance.

Escape the cold to this bright and sunny two- bedroom, two-bath, waterfront, gulf access, pool home with private dock. This home is located within minutes of Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico. The pool is enclosed with a large covered lanai which is perfect for barbecuing and enjoying evenings by the gas fire pit. Be amazed by the beautiful sunsets and tranquil waterfront views along the serene saltwater canal where snook, tarpon, manatees and dolphins frolic nearby.

Amazing Peace River Views

House is a 2 bed, 2 bath layout. The Master bed is a king bed and the guest bedroom is a queen. Both bedrooms have walks in closets with easy and convenient shelving and built in hampers. The laundry is stocked with liquid soap and fragrance free powder with fast efficient machines. There are speakers in the house, lanai and pergola. You will be able to control them via your phone. There is a desk work area with extra monitor for laptops and a printer for your use.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway with a massive botanical garden (photos show plants from our half acre garden), water views, and pool access! We are 20-35 minutes from the ocean and even less from the beautiful river and connecting canals. Take out a kayak or let us guide you to the local boat docks with your boat or kayaks! See manatees, dolphins, gators and a plethora of birds and other wildlife! Please do not tresspass on neighboring properties.
