The house is only 5 minutes walk from the beach and 2 km from cultural areas such as the ethnological museum or the Roman city of Pollentia.

The apartment is situated in the country side and ideal for 2 adults or for a small family with up to 2 small children. The pretty, old town of Alcudia, with plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants may be reached by foot in about 5 min. The next beach can be reached in 15 - 20 min by foot. During the winter months you can heat our cosy apartment with the cast iron oven. All the fire wood needed we provide free of charge.
