The SandBox Grotto

The Grotto is the downstairs half of a vintage beachside beachhouse owned by "the sandcastle lady" - sandy feet. With 1 bedroom and 2 full baths, it can accommodate up to 5 guests comfortably with full kitchen, spacious living area and enclosed patio/dog rest area. Come visit my cozy lower unit surrounded by tropical plants. Ground floor unit of house, 1/2 block from beach, beach access at end of street. This unit has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has 2 twin beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. One bathroom is inside the unit and an additional bathroom is outside the unit by the patio. Up to 2 small dogs (20 lbs and under) are allowed without prior approval. Dogs over 20 lbs must be pre-approved.

From the condo you are a less than a 5 minute walk to the beach via multiple beach access points. You are also within walking distance of the bay side of the island where there are many restaurants, bars, and family friendly activities.
