Shared Community pool, hot tub, park & fishing pier. Per HOA-no "spring breakers” allowed -ALL Guests MUST BE AGE 28 or older in MARCH- except families!

Welcome to Bella Luna Sea Cottage! Beautiful sea cottage and newly remodeled is perfect for your vacation getaway. Enjoy the amenities at LIV including indoor & outdoor pools, hot tubs, Pickleball /tennis, 18 hole-par 3 Golf Course, tennis, shuffle board, mini golf, gym, restaurant and so much more! Guests must check in at the Long Island Village between 9am-5pm to pay for their vehicle passes (two vehicles max) and wristbands. This is a $90 fee that will be paid directly to Long Island Village
