This family friendly vacation resort has it all a 2 swimming pools, private bay access, an observation deck overlooking the water, bbq pits with a picnic area, horseshoes, basketball court and shuffleboard. This downstairs condo unit is 4 miles from Rockport Beach Park, less than a mile from Fulton Fishing Pier which is surrounded by a number of restaurants and bars to enjoy. Pets allowed please add them to the guest list. No supplies provided for pets: please bring all your own necessities.

We Dig It - Magnolia Beachfront Cottage

Bring the family or a group of fishing buddies to this great place with lots of room for fun and lots of amenities. This home has its own private beach (this is a shell beach, not like a gulf beach), immediately adjacent to Magnolia Beach Park. Only 200 yards from the boat ramp, this cozy cottage has amazing views of Matagorda Bay with a patio to enjoy the sunrise. Five miles down Magnolia Beach is Indianola Fishing Marina, which has a bar and restaurant with great food, and a fishing dock.

This is a fisherperson's, birding, and ocean lover's dream come true. The small waterfront cabin is on an elevated point overlooking beautiful Matagorda Bay and has its own private, lighted fishing pier. Redfish, Speckled Trout, Drum, crabs and other saltwater fish are abundant around the pier. Dolphins, birds and other sea creatures are everywhere. Ocean going ships navigate the ship channel. Salt air, ocean breezes, gentle waves and star filled nights are the ultimate stress reliever.

This is a waterfront cottage located on Copano Bay with easy access to excellent wade fishing, kayaking, boating or any other water activities. Just steps away from a beautiful 325' PRIVATE PIER. There is a private entrance/exit through the sliding door to the patio area that overlooks the bay! The second bedroom has 2 twin beds & a flat screen TV & lots of closet space & view of the bay. The living room has pull out queen couch, flat screen TV, and walk out to the patio through the sliding doors.
