Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. waterfront Bay House on the carancahua Bay lighted pier and boat dock, a place to fish relax, sunbathe soak up the sun go boating. you don't have a boat fish off the pier. our cabin is tranquility for my husband and family & grandkids to come and enjoy the luxury of a small simple place. This Bay house is our home away from home. it's not the Ritz Carlton but to our family it is it's cozy and comfortable in summer and the winter months.

Take it easy at this secluded, waterfront cabin near beautiful Magnolia Beach. Fish or launch kayaks from your front yard. This rustic property is located down a dirt road that can be very difficult to access when it rains a lot. 4x4 vehicles recommend. During dry times, the road is fine. Wildlife of all kinds are sometimes seen, many species of birds, bobcat, deer, and sometimes snakes. Alligators live in Old Town Lake, much like any body of water in South Texas. Swimming not recommended.

Cabin by the Bay is a cozy, comfortable get away located in Goose Island State Park. Sleeps 4 people with a full kitchen and amenities. Friendly neighbors are helpful and knowledgeable about the area or you can go online to find restaurants and events. There are many outdoor activities in Lamar and Rockport ie., fishing, bird watching, going to the beach,shopping, etc. Local festivities include Sea Fair, Oyster Fest, Market Days, Lamardi Gras and more. Two blocks to water front and boat ramp.

Fully furnished cabin located in 55 acre Southbound RV Park and Cabins. This is a family owned and operated RV park. Owners live on site and take pride in caring for their guests and providing exceptional hospitality. All of our cabins have a full kitchen, basic pots, pans, dishes, and utensils as well as place setting for 4. Linens and towels are also provided. Come stay for a relaxing getaway! This cabin is only 100 feet away from the Guadalupe River, with a beautiful deck to watch the river and many birds among other wildlife. The cabin is hotel room sized, with one bathroom and a small kitchen in the corner. The cabin is elevated on stilts, so there are stairs at the entrance and off the back deck. Good access to river, with a small deck where you can launch a kayak or canoe. Bring your water shoes and fishing poles too!

We are located just outside of Rockport in the back of Seaport Village RV Park, under a beautiful oak tree covering. We provide laundry facilities and a pool also. Just 800 yards from the waters edge. We hope you love the look of our little home away from home and decide to stay with us!
