Situated in a prime location, behind the town tennis courts & only a short 2 minute walk to the Pt Lincoln Hotel, the water & the front street that has plenty of shops, pubs & eateries to enjoy. The townhouse has 4 reverse cycle air cons, one down stairs & one in each of the bedrms, plus a ceiling fan in each bedrm. The lounge & the main bedrm both have Smart TV's that do have free to air channels as well.

Laundry is fit with a washer and your own private clothes line is at the rear of the unit. Your private unit is separated by a high fence from the main house to ensure yours and our privacy. The perfect housing for agency or contract workers.

TinyZen is located about 40 metres from main house. However you will still enjoy privacy in the tiny house, with a private back deck with views to the hills and coast & beautiful views of Thistle Island, Sleaford and Fishery Bays. Pets are allowed (not inside & it is not a fenced yard)
