Este apartamento está ubicado en una finca de viviendas privadas. La finca tiene servicio de consergería de 8h a 13h y de 17h a 19h de lunes a viernes y sábados de 8h a 13h. Se deben cumplir las normas básicas de respeto, convivencia y ruido para no molestar ni ser molestado, ya sea en el interior del apartamento o en las zonas comunes de la finca. Lo mejor de Hostafrancs es que, aunque estamos cerca de todo, por la noche el barrio se queda en silencio. Además, estarás a pie de barrios auténticos como Sants o Poble Sec, por si te apetece ver la Barcelona real y no solo la de las postales.
