In 2022 we renovated it with respect to its traditional style, into a spacious idyllic guesthouse for 2+1 people, fully adapted to the traditional community of Makrinitsa, and yet providing modern amenities. Walking through the traditional cobbled streets and within the dense, evergreen vegetation of the magical mountain, you will find yourself in our beautiful setting that is ideal for both families and couples, and for those of any age. 半人马的家

The house stands in the historic village of Portaria Pelion and it is about 500 m. from the central square. It's altitude is 630m., and has a spectacular view to Pagasitikos and the town of Volos. You can enjoy this view not only from the balcony but also inside the house. Furthermore the Ski Centre of Pelion is only 14km. far and the city of Volos 12km. Last but not least the beautiful beaches of Pelion are located in 31km. from Portaria.

Στο παραδοσιακό χωριό της Μακρινίτσας ανηφορίζοντας και περπατώντας 200μ πλακόστρωτου καλντεριμιού θα βρεθείτε στη Βρύση Τσώνη. Εκεί δίπλα βρίσκεται η πλήρως ανακαινισμένη πέτρινη οικία που προσφέρεται για να περάσετε στιγμές ηρεμίας και χαλάρωσης ατενίζοντας την πανοραμική θέα που σας προσφέρεται απλόχερα. Χώρος απλός λιτός όπως αρμόζει σε ένα χωριό του Πηλίου.

Το διαμέρισμα μας είναι ένας ζεστός και φιλόξενος χώρο για αυτούς που θέλουν να ανακαλύψουν τη φυσική ομορφιά του βουνού, σε απόσταση αναπνοής από την πόλη του Βόλου. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική, στα καλντερίμια της Πορταριάς, και το σπίτι μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι 5 άτομα.

The chalet was built in 1928 with local stone from Pelion and has a special architectural design and was recently completely renovated (2016). The view is impressive and the interior of the house boasts the romance of another era with all modern-day comforts. The property has two floors and a garden (1000 sqm).

Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά, πολύ κοντά σε μεγάλο δρόμο με σούπερ μάρκετ, φούρνους, φαρμακεία και κάθε είδους μαγαζιά. Βρίσκεται κοντά στο κέντρο (10' με τα πόδια) και πολύ κοντά στην παραλία (5' με τα πόδια).
