Walking distance -5 blocks to coffee shops, restaurants, art galleries, wine bars & a short 1.4 mile walk to the Rockport beach. Perfect quiet getaway in the adjacent neighborhood to downtown, so you are close to all the fun, but peace and quiet at home.

Backyard Bungalow

Private bungalow, centrally located, close to many beaches, perfect for couples, fisherman and beach goers. The property is covered with beautiful towering oaks, palm trees, flowers, and koi pond. Make yourself at home, explore the entire area, enjoy sitting in the swing in the late afternoon and chill! We are pet friendly, a one time fee of 30. Payable upon your departure, which can be left in the "Pet Fee" deposit jar. The bungalow is privacy fenced, ample parking, plus private patio & grill.

Please note if doors/ windows left open to long this may freeze due to humidity. Enjoy relaxing indoors or outdoors in the fully fenced bkyard & multiple seating areas—perfect for pets or quiet mornings. 15 mins to Mustang Island, 25 miles to Port Aransas beaches, close to USS Lexington, Texas State Aquarium & local favorites. Seaside Villa by Oso Bay, Sanitized Rooms!

This ground level condo is stocked to make your stay enjoyable. The reviews don't lie, the bed is comfortable. For your protection we disinfect all remotes, light switches, door handles knobs and handles with a solution recommended by the CDC to kill any surface viruses. We wash all linens, quilts, towels and bath mats between each guest. There is a Wildlife Refuge across the street with walking trails that run along the Oso Bay. $40 nonrefundable pet fee will be charged if bringing a pet.
