La Villa ha una stanza matrimoniale, una graziosa stanza con un secondo letto matrimoniale raggiungibile da una piccola scala, un bagno e un salotto con cucina ben equipaggiata. La casa ha un grande e magnifico terrazzo vista mare con ampio porticato ed arredato con gusto. La casa ha un parcheggio privato e si trova all interno di una grande villa con parco che arriva sul mare.

Casa adatta anche a lunghi soggiorni, dotata di ogni comfort per il lavoro a distanza: wifi, postazione di lavoro, caminetto, riscaldamento autonomo. Dal fascino antico e il comfort moderno, arredata con mobili di famiglia, in un angolo appartato del centro storico. Le stanze sono ampie e con soffitti particolari, detti "a stella", tipici dell'architettura antica. Le scale interne sono ripide. Non adatta a chi ha difficoltà motorie e, per le sue peculiarità, a gruppi di ragazzi.

Upstairs by the sea è un balcone affacciato sul mare. Un posto a sedere privilegiato che sia apre sulla scena dell'area marina protetta di Porto Cesareo, precisamente a Torre Squillace . Da qui lo spettacolo della natura e dei suoi colori è assicurato a ogni ora del giorno e della sera. La casa si compone di due stanze da letto più servizi al piano terra e di un' ampia cucina e zona giorno con servizi al piano superiore . Dieci passi vi separano dall'acqua del mare.

The villa comprises of large living area with kitchen, dining and living area with sofa bed, two double bedrooms one with en suite bathroom and a second bathroom. Outside there is the pool with Jacuzzi, 2 hot water showers, large sunbathing area, sitting area, dining table. Complete the outside three uncovered parking spaces and a beautiful Mediterranean garden. A midweek cleaning (Wednesday) is included in the cost with towels change.
