Hello, this is Alexander. I am a musician and IT director. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 m of ceiling heights, with a direct view on the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz. My furniture are a mix of German vintage and contemporary (flat screen with Apple TV...). Don't bring anything with you, everything is already in the flat, like a hotel.

Wir sind ursprünglich als Gutsbrennerei Teil eines Rittergutes mit Gutshaus, Ställen und Gutspark. Unser Haus liegt im nordöstl. Speckgürtel von Berlin. Umgeben von mehreren sehr grossen Seen ( 1 bis 3 km lang) in der Nähe, teilweise zu Fuss aber immer mit Fahrrad oder Pkw erreichbar. Der Gutspark beginnt vor unserer Tür und erstreckt sich über mehrere Hektar mit romantischen Aleen und grossen Grünflächen, ideal für ein Picknick. Ihr bewegt euch auf den Spuren von Theodor Fontane.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Hotel Solitaire. Somit genießt du die Exklusivität einer FeWo mit den Vorteilen eines Hotels: inkl. Frühstücksbuffet, WLAN, Netflix, Sauna gegen Gebühr, hoteleigene Kunstausstellung. Sie liegt im Diplomatenviertel von Berlin, direkt neben dem Volkspark Schönholzer Heide, umgeben von weiten großen öffentlichen Parks mit ihren Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie dem Bürgerpark und dem Schlosspark. Einige Restaurants befinden sich fußläufig.

Beautiful family home right in the heart of Berlin close to famous KaDeWe and to wonderful Viktoria-Luise-Platz and its fountain. Good connection to all the other great hot spots in Berlin (U-Bahnhof Wittenbergplatz) and supermarkets close by (the closest smaller one is just 5 min. by foot away). There is a kids bedroom with two beds as well. Families welcome but also couples without kids can enjoy our apartment. Happy to give you some Berlin insider tipps!

Sie ist gelegen in Nähe des bekannten Golfplatzes Motzen und einer weiten seen- und waldreichen Umgebung, die zu großen Teilen wegen ihrer Besonderheiten in Fauna und Flora unter Naturschutz gestellt wurde. Möglichkeiten zum Wandern, Radfahren und zur Ausübung jeder Art von Wassersport sind hier gegeben. Auch Abstecher in den nicht weit entfernten Spreewald bieten sich an.

And this, among other things, is the special: sophisticated furnishing, dreamy view (including fantastic sunsets), short distance to the highlights or the office, high standard of security - simply everything to make you feel well.
