Die Wohnung geht über 2 Etagen - unten befindet sich die Wohnküche mit einem schönem großen Balkon der den ganzen Tag Sonne hat und oben das Schlafzimmer und das Badezimmer - ebenfalls mit einem Balkon - hier lässt sich der Sonnenuntergang besonders gut genießen. Durch die Ausrichtung nach Süden und die großen Fenster bzw. Türen ist die Wohnung irre hell und in der Nacht hat man das Gefühl draußen unter einem Sternenhimmel zu liegen. Die Wohnung ist 1 S-Bahnhaltestelle vom angesagten Ostkreuz und 2 Haltestellen von der Warschauer Strasse entfernt. PS: Ich besitze ein original 5 Meter großes Riva Boot aus Italien. Somit kann auch eine private Bootstour durch Berlin jederzeit bei mir gebucht werden.

It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).
