Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der zentralen Lage, der eigenen Küche und den 2 Zimmern mit den 4 komfortablen Betten. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Familien mit 2 Kindern und kleinere Gruppen.

Die 70qm große Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Obergeschoss und ist über eine Treppe erreichbar. Das Herzstück ist die große, helle Küche mit großzügiger Ausstattung und einem Essbereich.
