PLEASE NOTE that subway lines U1, U3 and U4 are interrupted due to maintenance work until 10 May. There is an easy alternative to U1/3 via U2.

It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

The space is commercially registered and therefore not subject to Berlin’s housing conversion ban. The Berlin City Tax (7.5%) is listed separately and included in the final price. We use 100% green electricity.
