Very nice apartment for 4 persons on perfect location. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, Smart TV, High-speed internet, fully equipped kitchen. Two balconies with sea view (from each room). Relaxing, peaceful setting. House is located directly on the beach surrounded with small park. Parking place is assured in the back yard. Very nice pool is available in the garden where you will be able to enjoy swimming and relaxing in it. Plenty of comfortable beach-chairs and sunscreens for all the guests.

U neposrednoj blizini nalaze se svi potrebni sadržaji (restorani, supermarketi, kafići, mesnica, ribarnica, sportski teren,pekarnica).

This property is situated directly by the seaside. Enjoy the comforts of our apartment; it's spacious, feel free to walk barefooted on the timber flooring...after an early morning swim enjoy a coffee on our balcony or in our living area, both with incredible sea views, watch the regattas, wonderful sunsets, with a bit of luck even dolphins...have yourself a bbq in our garden/ grill area under the shade of the grape vines, or just grab one of our bikes and go for a nice bike ride...

Easy walk by the sea to the city center only for 15 minutes.. Shop, bank, restaurant, pizzeria, coffee shop, market, main bus station, hospital and other places you need are 5-10 minutes away (by foot). If you are looking for somewhere to relax & just enjoy the beauty of the Adriatic , there are not many places around where it literally feels like the sea is your backyard, My place is located in a quiet part of Bibinje, walking distance to most amenities & restaurants in Bibinje. Zadar being 7kms away its just a short drive away.. If you are flying in Zadar airport is 6kms away.

Villa Nana is a renovated old stone house located in Žman, in a calm neighbourhood, 400 meters from the beach, local super market restaurant and a caffee. The house includes a spacious garden, two terraces, and an outside barbecue and an inside fireplace. There are also 3 BIKES available to explore the island as well as a KAYAK for two people.
