A pleasant and comfortable apartment. There is good heating, so you can enjoy even during colder days. Apartment is sunny even in winter. The beach and natural resort Kamenjak are nearby and easily reachable by foot or bicycle. There is beautiful nature, hiking and cycling trails. The apartment is located on the ground floor in a peaceful part of Premantura.Stupice Campsite is close, where you can walk or jog. The city center is a 10-min walk away.

Ideally located since both the first beach and the city centre are in 5 minutes walking distance. Private parking for 2 cars.
