The Prescott Place

The Prescott Place is a fully furnished, private one bedroom with a queen bed, plus loft with 2 twin beds and futon. Full kitchen and bathroom. Downtown Prescott Courthouse Square is just 1.3 miles and .5 mi to the Rodeo grounds. Minutes to dining, hiking, biking, parks and shopping. Wild Treehouse Paradise in the Cliffs & Trees

Nestled in a private quiet green canyon amidst trees, built into a cliff, the Treehouse is in the heart of Prescott's gorgeous Granite Dells. This rustic 3-room Treehouse is for the fit and adventurous! It's furnished with a dresser, desk, chairs and a comfortable queen futon bed. Seasonal (April - Oct), solarium-covered pool, pond, lawn and canyon trails. The Treehouse is open for bookings Apr 15 - Oct 31. There are no refunds for wildlife sightings or an inability to climb the winding steps.

Note: Due to steps downs/elevation changes the home is not suitable for the elderly.

The Cottage is a 1-bedroom, 1-bath guest house centrally located near downtown Prescott. Enjoy your visit to Prescott in a quiet neighborhood that affords easy access to the historic courthouse plaza, tourist popular Whiskey Row and local shopping. The space includes 1-full bed, 1-queen sleeper sofa, a breakfast nook, coffee bar and kitchenette. Tools for meal preparation include an air fryer, microwave, toaster, crock pot and an electric fry pan with cover. The fridge is mini-fridge size.
